Swiss Lachs is Switzerland's only salmon farm — raising Atlantic salmon in the heart of the Alps using one of the most sustainable aquaculture systems in the world. Their fish is grown in pure mountain water, free from antibiotics and chemicals, and reaches customers within hours of harvest. They had an exceptional product but an underdeveloped brand. E-commerce sales weren't matching the quality of what they were selling, and awareness in the Swiss market remained limited. They needed a partner to build the brand equity their product deserved — and drive measurable growth.

Herausforderung
Building a premium brand around sustainable food is a delicate balance — it needs to feel luxurious without losing authenticity, and modern without abandoning the craft story.
The main challenge was transforming Swiss Lachs from a product people hadn't heard of into a brand people trust and seek out — while simultaneously driving e-commerce performance and B2C sales.
Sustainable growth stories like this are exactly what we love to work on.

Ergänglich
We assembled a dedicated team to take over brand, growth, and content — working as an extension of Swiss Lachs with weekly collaboration.

Resultat
The results positioned Swiss Lachs for sustainable long-term growth:
Marktleitende Posizion
Conversion rates improved across the board. More visitors becoming customers, higher average order values, and a growing base of repeat buyers through their Gourmet Club membership.
Elevated brand perception
Swiss Lachs now presents as the premium, trustworthy brand its product deserves. The gap between product quality and brand perception has closed — customers understand why it's worth the price.
Foundation for long-term growth
This is an ongoing partnership. We continue to optimize, test, and build — improving results week over week. The brand infrastructure is now in place to support their expansion plans, including a second facility in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
