When we started working with Sposter back in 2021, they had an MVP product with a few clients, but guys were ready to fight. They needed a complete application strategy and redesign, and we could not say no to that. We had an opportunity to completely reimagine what a social media management SaaS should look like. And oh man does one not waste a chance on that. Especially when the next round of funding is on the table.
Reinventing an already existing product is a little scary, but this was one of the most exciting and largest projects we had worked on at that time, here’s the challenging objectives we derived:
